“Product didn't work at all with the Cat6a cable I used even tho its says it would be fine, Not happy at all and I may push for my money back on this item!”

“The cable purchased did not resemble the article on the web site in fact it didn't come with connector cover shown either, It was stuffed into an envelope , and although special delivery instructions were given, they were totally ignored, I had to drive 15miles to pick it. Turned out to be a very disappointing experience all round. I wouldn't recommend them!”

“I'm putting very poor here only so that cable monkey look at this comment. I'm being asked to comment on the product I bought 2 days ago. How am I to be able to review the product on so short a time? That would be the case with most products, but in my case I bought a reel of CAt5e. I haven't even got round to laying it yet never mind testing the results!!”

“I ordered some RJ45 crimps recently, delivery was very fast but when I opened them they were a completely different style of crimps to what was shown on the picture on the website. I already own a pair of crimps but don't like the style so I ordered the style I no I like (style shown in picture on cablemonkey website) so was very disappointed when a different style turned up which happened to be the style I already own and don't like. When I told cablemonkey about the problem they were quick to reply and have ensured me they will send me the correct ones out when they've received the others back... which im pleased about but it's at my expense sending the wrong ones back when it's there fault and mistake.”

“purchased 2 x male to female usb leads in order to connect them to our Samsung tablets for ease of charging . Sadly the tablets wouldn,t charge when these leads were connected .....so I have wasted my money regards Peter”
