“I purchased a lead from cable monkey on the 7/4/20. For a message to say would be delivered on the 9/4. Paid for next day delivery, over £7. Week after purchase still no sign. Rang to ask. They said they would send another. 10 days after purchase still no sign. Rang again, repeated what was said two days earlier. I understand we’re going through uncertain times. But should not off next day delivery if they can not keep to it. Still awaiting my purchase.”

“Placed an order, paid for next day, Courier lied and said they tried to deliver Same again next day - lies and no delivery Still no refund for next day delivery Shambles. Found the parts on Amazon for half the price and next day with Prime Game Over.”

“I did not get all of my order on the day it should have arrive which caused the job to be delayed and all the jobs in front to be rescheduled. If I was told I would have made arrangements for more cable.”

“I ordered with Cable Monkey last week. My order was late due to the poor chouce of courier service. I received my package so late that it halted the progress of a project I was managing which caused a considerable amount of stress to both myself and my client. I will therefore not be using Cable Monkey again.”
