“I thought the service was incredible, however i was very disappointed with the amount of plastic that is wasted by an individual bag per cable, surely there is a better way of doing this?”

“I had a need for some computer cabling and through searches found Cablemonkey. After a bit of homework and searching I found the items I needed and placed an order. Using the Website was straight forward, but for a novice it did take time to know the exact items needed. The order was delivered well packaged and promptly. I would certainly use this service again. The only improvement I could suggest is making the finding of items easier for novice people like myself. I would certainly recommend and reuse the service.”

“Patch cables arrived safely but in a larger parcel than I expected. Delivery cost of £8.34 + VAT was excessive for a town 16 miles north of Aberdeen and would have been much cheaper by Royal Mail or Hermes. Look OK but have not yet been put into service so not able to give a subjective review.”

“Good selection of cables with clear descriptions. Item arrived well packaged and on time. It was as described. Didn't have any problems so can't comment on customer service. No tracking information provided, but my parcel was only £7 so not bothered by that.”
