“I recently purchased corrugated polycarbonate sheets & fittings, to replaced the (felt) roof on my garden shed. C&A were very easy to deal with, the prices are competitive and delivery was timely and smooth. I have used them on a number of earlier occasions and would recommend them to anyone.,”

“I purchased soffits and fascias. The website ordering was very easy indeed. When I came to unpack the items - some days after delivery one of the fascias had a crack in the corner where it had got squashed in transit. The firm gave me a refund without any quibbling. My one critique is that there is really no tracking information given ( "within next three working days") - so I had to stay at home for three days in order to be at home for the eventual delivery. Even when I rang up they could not be exact about delivery day.”

“I purchased a full roofing system for the drive, the pre purchase info was great, helps you work out all the parts required to complete the job. Fully detailed video of how to do it. Purchasing was a breeze you use the pre purchase info to get a list of all requirements and then the sales at the end of the phone was very helpful and delivery agreement was when I wanted it delivered not when C&A wanted to deliver it. The driver phoned the night before and told you an approx. delivery time and he was within the window specified, due to being disabled (I have a prosthetic lower left leg), he said no problems and unloaded all the gear for me and placed it where requested, an excellent driver the likes of which you don't see much of these days. Good Work C&A very much appreciated excellent service, highly recommended for the out building stock. Paul Reed - Middlesbrough”

“I purchased polycarbonate sheeting. I found that C&A offered a very good selection of sizes and colours. Phoned and spoke to Bonnie re a quote and to enquire when they would be delivering to my area. Bonnie was very helpful and advised if ordered and paid by paypal that day (Wednesday) we should have delivery on Friday. e-mail confirmation received immediately and text message on Thursday to confirm ok for delivery on Friday. Goods received Friday morning. Excellent service.”

“very late delivery. ordered on the 9/4/15 advised on a 5/10 days lead in time. Today 29/4/15, still no delivery!!!!!!!!!!!!!, I rung them twice over the last week checking on the delivery and was adviced that the transport manager Craig Rock would returm my call. still waiting for goods and a call back from him. great customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

Thank you for your response and i am sorry about your experience. I have discussed this problem with Craig and the Transport manager Pete and it seems there's a bit of confusion and break down in communication. You order was out for delivery within the 10 days but due to logistical problems there was a small delay and we attempted to make your delivery on the 25-04-15 however this was a Saturday and your business was not able to accept it this would have been 12 days and outside of our normal delivery time scales. Unfortunately the next lorry that left to cover your area was on the Monday morning 27th however your order had not been received back at the depot in time to be loaded onto this vehicle. I have spoken to Craig and he tells me he had tried to call and left a message to update you and also that the order was being repackaged for shipping by carrier and this left the depot in the afternoon on the Tuesday 28-04-15. We are sorry that your order was not delivered within our normal times scales of up to 10 days and i intend to investigate further to find the exact cause that resulted in the delivery driver running behind. Your order should be delivered today and i can confirm that DXfreight have the tracking as out for delivery today. We have also updated your delivery address as this was missing the unit number from your original order and this may result in the carrier not being able to make the delivery. If you order does not arrive please do contact us. Once again sorry for the problems Darren
