“I purchased pvc roof sheets for my extension which are very good quality. I forgot the end closures but your sales staff gave me a ring to ask if I required them and I did . Delivery was on time thanks”

“I tried to order some glazing bars on your web site but it wouldn,t let me. I rang your company who took my order and apologised for your computer playing up I was given a delivery date of 5 to 10 working days , which was a disappointing because these days deliveries are usually made in 2 to3 days. The deal was done and within 2hrs I had confirmation my order had been processed and would be delivered within 5 days. That was an improvement so imagine my surprise when the goods were delivered to my home the next day before lunchtime. That's a good service that I will tell my friends about”

“I purchased a sanctuary car port online. Easy to order, Very swift delivery, the driver was very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble, am still erecting as I'm 70. Only had it delivered 2 days and am getting on fine. Looking good!”

“Overall, the delivery of the door canopy I ordered went just as planned and everyone involved was helpful. However, I have just two minor moans - the metal strips along the edges of the canopy were a little too long, and I wasn't sure whether to force them under the strips on the front and back edges, or to cut them to fit. In the end I did the latter. The other thing was that the canopy, whilst being smart and suitable for the job, was a bit too heavy to manage on my own. The instructions were OK, but gave the impression that one person should be able to assemble and mount the canopy on the wall. Fortunately, I had help around and we managed, after a bit of a struggle. The canopy now looks great. Bob Dorling, Norfolk.”

“Cladding panels ordered online. I changed the amounts that I needed by telephone the next day. This could have led to confusion but the staff handled it brilliantly. All of the order came together. The delivery driver rang the evening before delivery to give an estimated time and arrived within a few minutes of his earliest estimation.”

“I purchased corrugated grp rooflights from c&a plastics and was dealt by a lovely young woman who was only on her second day of work there (not that I would of noticed) she was very effiecient and knew what she was doing) overall very good service and was in and out in 10 mins.”

“After delivery had been received by my wife today, I came home from work to check the products I had received and found the wrong eaves fillers had been sent with my order. this should have been obvious as I had box profile sheets and the invoice stated the correct item, but the wrong item had been sent. I phoned at 4.00pm the same day. you would think it would be urgent to rectify such a basic mistake on a low value product, but no, I now have to wait four days for the collection of the incorrect product, and supply of what I hope will be the correct item, but I won't know until I receive them, I am extremly dissapointed with this as it has delayed my project.”

Thank you for your review. I have looked at the issue you raised and think there has been a bit of confusion. The correct eaves filler is being dispatched today, 4pm yesterday had missed our carrier and postal collections so today is the earliest we could send a replacement. As you mentioned it is a low value item and we would not seek to collect the incorrect item as the cost of doing so is more than the value of the item. The 4 days mentioned is the time you will receive the item. Today is Friday and the replacement will be delivered Monday this would be 4 days. With regards the error in the first place i have personally been and spoken to the member of staff that picked your order to understand how and why they managed to pick the incorrect eaves filler, as you mentioned the profile is different however this is not clear when looking at the item as these all look the same when packed. I have also raised the question about identification and locations of these products to see if we can identify additional changes to hopefully prevent this issue from happening again Sorry for the problems this may have caused
