“The price of this sv300 solar fan is ridiculous.. having now received it and being able to see it in the flesh it really is not worth £88 in delivery .. it also rattles and is very intrusive, not at all silent ! Will be returned asap ....”

“i purchased some guttering and fascia for a small garage and the website was so easy and the products so reasonable i ordered up fascias soffits and gutters to replace my whole house decayed timber items. the service was easy and i received a lot of info during the order process, including a phone call from a real person informing me of the delivery. the delivery arrived on time and the driver was happy, polite and helped unload and stack with me. i have recommended them already and will definitely use again.”

“I purchased Sanctuary carport kit, it is straight forward to install. But it is not easy, if you get wrong size of item. i received wrong size screw (SR1) for end caps. it cost me couple of hours to find right size of screws. 2x 5mm drill bit not enough for job. One of the screw bit snap when dropped on the floor. Delivery good”

“I am 80 years old and my greenhouse looked about the same age !. I decided to try some repairs so last week I ordered your Greenhouse pack of POLYCARBONATE SHEETS . The pack arrived on Monday (9th May) and by evening my G.H. was weatherproof for the first time in years !! I had to speak to one of your "advisers" about the tape as I was confused by the reference ( in the Brochure which had arrived coincidentally by post) to Vent and Aluminium. I was sorted in very quick time . The product , the price and your advice are all first class . Many thanks ,”

“Made purchase of roof tiles from Kent branch, very, very disappointed with the service received. Took several telephone calls to receive a quote, several phone calls to arrange delivery to which with advanced time frame had to arrange our own courier. Staff seemed very confused as to how collection is to be made when courier arranged by ourselves and with all effort to do this made on our part. Every member of staff spoken to gave different answers to the same questions leading to large confusion. Very frustrating, difficult and disappointing experience.”

I have looked into your order and the points you have raised to not add up. You were given 4 different quotations over 2 days the order was processed 3 days later once the BACS payment had cleared. From my understanding you were unhappy with the lead time for delivery (up to 10 days) so you chose to make the collection by your own carrier. I really do not understand why you feel the need to give a one star review when we supplied the quotations as requested, processed the order for collection and had it ready for the carrier to collect. The only thing that was required was the BACS payment as you can not pay by credit card for third party collections and the staff member needed to check that it was ok to accept BACS for the collection. No confusion just ensuring the correct information was given to the customer. I am sorry you feel that our high level of service is not to you satisfaction and should you wish for me to investigate further then please email me @ cs@cabp.co.uk with a more detailed breakdown of your complaint and i will be more than happy to conduct another investigation Darren
