“Excellent service right from receipt of order - rang me up to query my order because they thought I'd missed a part. Driver rang to say exactly when he would be delivering. Can't wait for some dry days to get the conservatory roof installed. Thanks.”

“I ordered 4 x 1.5m 10mm sheets of plastic roofing, 3 were as advertised. The 4th was a cm short. On complaining that I had obviously been given the off-cut from the end of a larger sheet, I was given 2 options:- 1)Wait for weeks for it to be convenient for them to collect it to get a refund. 2) Get a £10 refund and I could keep the sheet that was to small for purpose. Putting the loss of £14.69 down to experience.”

We are sorry that you feel unhappy with the options we offered you at the time. It was explained that the 1.5M sheets are all cut out or a larger sheet and unfortunately due the the saw blade width when it came to the last cut this left the final sheet short. This does not normally happen as all the 6M sheets are at least 10 to 15mm oversize and when we make 3 cuts to produce the 1.5M long sheets this is not normally a problem. We were happy to exchange the sheet for another however this would on the next delivery run because 1.5M x 2.5M single 10mm sheets do not travel well on a courier and its unlikely to have reached you in a usable condition. The offer of a £10 refund was if you could use the sheet and you ACCEPTED this in good faith. I do not feel the 1 star review warranted as we offered you the option to exchange or some money off you DID NOT have to accept this refund?

“I ordered everything on-line, had my order confirmed to make sure everything was correct, telephone call to confirm delivery date and time. Goods arrived on time and again with a friendly driver who was very helpful. Would not go anywhere else to purchase any items that were sold by C&A Plastics.”

“Having just had an £8,000 quote for a new conservatory roof from the original local installers, I decided to explore doing the work myself. After lots of web research and watching numerous YouTube videos, I came across C & A Plastics and was immediately impressed by their website and comprehensive catalogue. I first ordered samples of several grades of polycarbonate sheet, and these arrived within a couple of days. Very satisfied with the quality of these, I then ordered my first batch of 1.5M x 1M polycarbonate, f-profiles, tape etc. I made the mistake of putting my order in on Monday, and thus missed the weekly dispatch. Nevertheless, the following Monday I was telephoned to say my delivery would be arriving the following morning, and it duly arrived as promised. I have been very impressed with the quality of the multi-wall polycarbonate and very smart f-profiles, and I'm now compiling a more complete shopping list for the next stage of my DIY project..... though I'll be sure to put my order in before the week-end this time!”

“Made a relatively small order for clear roofing sheets. This was easy to order online and the website helped me understand my needs. The price was very good. Delivery was very speedy and the driver extremely good and courteous. Excellent experience and while I will not likely have a need to use again I have already recommended to others”

“Ordered greenhouse polycarbonate sheets, seem to do the job well and much easier than glass to cut. Dispatch was prompt with the product arriving at 0800 within 40 miles of my address overnight the day after i placed the order. Pity it took from the Friday morning until the Monday late afternoon to complete the journey to my house.”

“Excellent speedy service of our order. Own driver from C&A delivers and he was very friendly, helpful and courteous. The whole process is very easy to order and prices are good. The only note I would make is they could do with adding manufacturers fitting instructions (we purchased flooring), which we had to search for....otherwise cannot recommend them enough.”

“I used the online calculator to order a suspended ceiling and was very pleased with the way it worked out; my order was delivered much sooner than expected by friendly and helpful Chris. I decided to extend the project and made a further online order which was again delivered promptly by Chris. However when I unpacked it I found I had forgotten to order a vital part, without which I could not start work, so I phoned and spoke to Matt, who took my order in an efficient and friendly way - and it turned up by courier next day! Very pleased and impressed by the service, the quality of materials supplied and the helpfulness of both staff members I dealt with. Well done C & A - highly recommended!”
