“I ordered polycarbonate sheets with the accessories online. The next day I was called by Matt to review the order as I had made a mistake in matching the colours of the trims. He also told me that I had ordered some parts I did not need and missed some I would need. The result was a reduction in my bill and I had delivered what I needed. Delivery was the next day and I was called to confirm the time. Amazing customer service and care, I have the greatest respect for this company and would recommend them whole heartily.”

“I bought Onduvilla Tile roof tiles having found them on the internet and placed an order. I quickly received a phone call from Craig who checked my details and order. As a DIY "builder" I appreciated his non judgemental and importantly non pushy approach although we discussed the possibility of the Onduvilla facia edges (which may still be a possibility!) I was advised that the order would come in the middle of the following week as we live in Norfolk. Delivery was received, the delivery driver cheerful. Excellent service from start to finish - many thanks”

“Dash Cam A good product - multi features, compact and impressive spec. Good price, and a proper hard wired kit also available. Quickly despatched, and well packaged. Overall a good experience, and I will use the company again - for 2 reasons,. my wife may need a cam, and I might decide to fit one at the rear - at the prices offered, this is feasible. Many thanks Michael O' Suffolk.”

“Very happy with the products and the service provided. My only one small criticism is that when fascia and guttering are transported the racking in the delivery vehicle causes the plastic wrapping to be ripped and torn. Sometimes this damage has extended to the product resulting in visible scratches. The racking itself needs adequate protection to prevent this and possibly some rollers fitted to the front face so that loading/unloading is made easier and without damage.”

“Having used C&A in the past some time ago I thought I would give them a try again after using a local specialist supplier for some time. We saved around 20% against our usual supplier and the materials were delivered within a couple of days with a confirmation of delivery call on the day. What was more surprising was the invoice came through immediately which keeps accounts of my back!!!.”

Hi Thank you for your review and we have looked into your order. you ordered a pack of greenhouse replacements sheets on the 16/07/2015 and they were despatched the same day on carrier. These arrived and were signed for on the 17/06/2015 which is the day after you ordered with them and so believe the accusation of speed to be unjust. Also the postage and packaging cost of £14.95 + VAT (£17.94) being more expensive than being able to deliver such an item to Australia is clearly false, and you were totally aware of the cost at the time of placing the order. Clearly something has upset you to leave 2 stars, but we find the reasons given as inaccurate. Feedback is welcomed for improvement so what ever it is that did upset you we would like to know. We request that you update your feedback considering this

“Solid white Shiplap ,Multipurpose Board White,Policarbonate sheetClearx2 sheet ends and closures,trims ,screws,timber support glazing bars.I ordered all this and various screws and silicone for several jobs my husband has to do.Very pleased with C&A Building Plastics, ordered on line ,3.30 pm 8/07/2015 they rang and queried a mistake on the order ,so it was corrected.Then had phone call to deliver on 10/07/2015well done to this company,highly recommend them.best price ,best service .thank you.”

“Easy to order online and sales team rang me back to confirm my order. Quick delivery of the avon glazing bar system and polycarbonate sheets. The pdf for the avon system maybe wrong though because it states to overhang 60mm but when the endcap goes on you have a 15-20mm gap.”

“I purchased polycarbonate sheeting for my garage roof on line. I was so pleased that Keith of C&A phoned me to recommend that I had ordered some of the component parts for fitting wrong and he proceeded to actually talk to my Son who was going to fit the roof and suggest some components that we should have ordered . My new roof is fabulous and I would recommend ordering from C&A to my friends especially those not in the building trade as they would get extremely good service.”
