“I purchased 2 solar powered vents for my conservatory roof. It items were delivered very quickly and with the u tube demonstration it was very quick and easy to install. I have yet had a chance to see how effect they will be”

“Very helpful people on the other end of the phone. Being able to track the delivery myself would have been helpful as I had to make quite a lot of calls to get the information I needed about the delivery date, and of the size of the delivery lorry as quite a tricky narrow lane to get to us. All worked out fine in the end though and will definitely use this company again.”

“i purchased corrugated polycarbonate sheets , they were just what i wanted to replace pvc corrugated sheeting which was broken with hail stones. considering delivery came from Kent to Newcastle on their own lorry, and the driver kindly texted me the day before with a delivery time, i found this exceptional.”

“I bought a Peak canopy kit of parts, which I shall build slowly as DIY project. The square plastic 4 hole end plates do not match up to the holes on the ends of the support bar exactly. I also found some Cellotape was used to keep the protective plastic coating secure. The stainless self- tappng screws provided needed a torque setting and the need for a pilot hole for the self- tapping size hole dimensions. The sheet end closure do not fit without a slight curve at end side of the plastic strip. The bar flashing cap do not fit well at the at the wall end plate. I reported a damaged sheet and your staff seemed to be overloaded with work. The sheets that I ordered were 980mm wide and the sheets I received were 985mm wide. I have to work to 1mm yet your company seems to be very cavalier on demensions of your products. I think that there should be more quality checks made before sending out yourproducts.”

“I recently ordered on -line , corrugated sheets for my shed. The order arrived earlier than expected ( which was great ) , plus the delivery guy was terrific .My goods seem to be in perfect order and cannot wait to start fitting them. I would definitely use this company again when the need arises.”

“The door canopy assembly was relatively straight forward however, it is impossible to put the rubber sealant along the front and back fixing bars as depicted in the photo instructions. This was overcome by placing the rubber sealant over the lip to the fixing bars and use plastic silicon to fill the gap between the plastic board and the frontal and back fixing bars to make it water tight. The rubber sealant along the wall brackets fitted perfectly. The remaining part of the installation to the brickwork was straight forward. The ‘You Tube Video’ on the Internet only shows the rubber sealant along the wall bracket?”

“Ordered online roofing system from C and A Building Plastics to replace an exsisting roof on a conservatory which wasn't to standard. Was contacted later in the day by a very helpful chap to query my order, as it obviously wasn't to the normal run of the mill, to make sure that I had everything that right which I was very impressed with as had it been wrong then it would have been costly for me to correct. They delivered in the allocated time, (well a few days earlier even) with a very helpful driver as our property is not easy to get access to. So all in all a very successful transaction with this company which I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Thank you!”
