“I would not recommend buying from BZ Tactical based on my experience. I purchased 2 brand-new RIF for £260, and within days they both stopped working. I returned one to them under warranty, and they kept it for almost three weeks (20 days) before sending it back, claiming it was fixed. The very same day I received it, the RIF broke again. I then took both to a professional airsoft technician out of my own pocket, who found that the gears (mainly the pinion gear, but also others) were cheap, poorly made, and already broken. He had to replace them just to get the rifle working properly. Overall, I spent £260 on what should have been a reliable, brand-new rifle, but instead I got a gun with cheap internals, weeks of downtime, and extra costs to fix something that should never have needed fixing in the first place. Really poor experience—slow turnaround times, poor quality control, and no real accountability. Definitely won’t be buying from here again.”

We're disappointed with the result of your purchase with BZ, this is not the experience we wish any customer of ours to have as reflected by our 4.8/5* rating with 4,500 reviews - but just to clarify a few things: - Your returned item was initially with us here at BZ for 2 weeks, and this was during events season. We did explain this to you that our technicians were away working elsewhere and there would be a delay, to which you were very understanding at the time. To now say we "kept it" knowing full well the reason it wasn't addressed immediately feels unfair. - At the point it was sent back to you, the gun was working fine. We checked with you what battery you were using, we tested it with the same battery, and we sent you a video of it shooting flawlessly before sending it back out to you, which you were pleased with. - After sending it back to you, the gears in your gun broke - this was a different issue to what we first addressed and they were not broke when they left BZ. - Of course yes we would not expect a new rifle to experience this and we did offer to rectify this. We offered to send you a new set of gears to fix, or for us to fit the gears for you free of charge. - Unfortunately without corresponding with us first, as you sourced techwork and parts from elsewhere, that does void manufacturer warranty. That is the same case across all Airsoft brands, this isn't a decision made by ourselves, and as such we were unable to cover costs done by other businesses. - We are still shipping a replacement gearset out to you as per your warranty, but we were unable to do anything further. We agree that a newly purchased gun should not experience those issues and we did offer solutions to rectify those issues, it's just unfortunate that as you voided your warranty, we were not able to offer the full level of service that customers normally expect from BZ.

“My son (I) bought a gun from BZ. I think he used it for one day before he began having issues with it. Despite many visits to the shop and modifications it continued to misfire. Eventually we checked it in to be repaired in early February. It was returned and paid for. It stopped working about 5 minutes into the next game. We went back to the shop and we are still waiting to hear from them over two months later. Hundreds of pounds in now I feel quite angry by the lack of communication and my son's lack of a working gun.”

Hi Sian, We're sorry you feel this way. The products you ordered are empty cans, this is highlighted in the product title '20oz Co2 Tank with PIN VALVE (Empty)' and also again in the product description 'Please note that this tank is supplied empty! Couriers will not transport pressurised tanks!'.

Hi Tommy I have just checked over this order for you, it looks like DPD Next day was not chosen and was on our standard 3-5 day service, Also checking the tracking for the order it was delivered on the 12th after leaving us on the 10th.

“£8.33 plus tax for an item barely 15cm long and weighing a few grams is I guess acceptable as it may well be difficult to procure. £8.29 plus tax for posting said item strikes me as extortionate. Won't be buying from here again.”

“Ordered an lt-32 hellion in red apparently coming with its own led display charger and a battery... Came with a cheap non led charger and a us adapter and the whole thing was literally caked in a later of dust I've spent the last hour cleaning off. Not my first gun purchase but my first from this company even after cleaning this gun looks second hand and the box was even opened. Awful use patrol base or another good company for your purchases. Yet to test fire this as waiting on the Poundland charger they sent to charge battery.”

HI Mike, I have sent you an email asking for photos so we can investigate. Just to clarify the Charger comes with the gun and is supplied by Lancer tactical and not something we add in to the package. We do sell different chargers that can be bought seperately. We have also given you the option to return the gun to us and we will supply the return label for this.
