Hi Sian, We're sorry you feel this way. The products you ordered are empty cans, this is highlighted in the product title '20oz Co2 Tank with PIN VALVE (Empty)' and also again in the product description 'Please note that this tank is supplied empty! Couriers will not transport pressurised tanks!'.

“Great service from BZ, via phone and purchase. Please get the storm fans for these bad boys. Product, exactly what I was looking for, one system that doesn't fog. I had some fog to the right which I think was sealing but with the fan I can assume nothing! Very comfy and looks fire. Expect to not be in photos as they prefer mil sim looks. Yes I'm in an orange Oodie”
