“Products were high quality, issue is the PEQ box doesnt seem to fit the Lipo battery, though its labeled as a PEQ box lipo. Even after trimming lots of plastic from the inside its still too big to fit inside.”

“Great service as always from the guys at BZ but the the parcel company letting them down coming 4days late and box was trashed when finally came to the house”

Helpful Report

“screw of front Sling Mount/Hand Stop missing”

Helpful Report

“Good site with good selection of items. Was easier to order than it was to deal with a fault item. Contacted HK army directly as a result with a less than satisfactory response.”

Helpful Report

“First of all, This shop has it all, well laid out and you could spend hours just browsing, if your looking for something particular they will probably have it, you may be shocked by some of the prices though, now the bit that's pees me off slightly, I'm originally from the Boro, but been living down south for quite a while so I have a bit of a southern twang to my accent, I was visiting family and made a visit to the store looking for some mag pouches, young guy serving didn't really seem too interested in talking , I picked up a couple of items and took them to the till to pay for them, a young couple came in and instead of getting served I ended up standing at the till for over 10 minutes whilst he decided to talk and serve the others first.”

“I have problem with my headband because when I order it they told me don’t have in stock and call me ask me do I want to change it or refund and I choose to change it when I receive it my headband is not pack in package properly so I design to exchange it and it take very long time to process im very disappointed”

Helpful Report

“They offer a good selection of products, I've yet to purchase anything else from them apart from the maple leaf super macaron rubber and omega nub.”

Helpful Report

“When ever the stock got pushed in the aapo1 would not fire as the stock stops the gun cycling”

Helpful Report

“BZ paintball delivered the products fine however the returning process was unfortunately not as I’d have like it given returning the product without my 14 day window of return because the visor film was removed had to pay £30 which doesn’t seem appropriate pricing for repackaging the item for sale.”

Helpful Report

“Torch is good laser could be better 😎”

Helpful Report

“Not sure, yet. I bought it for somebody else.Unused at present.”

Helpful Report

“A great price. There doesn’t appear to be any inside padding so the helmet is uncomfortable. If the lean on or get pushed on the top of the helmet it is very uncomfortable. The lack of padding also makes the mask uncomfortable around the nose area of the face. It doesn’t steam up as much as some of my other masks and helmets.”

Hi Paul - can you explain the issue you've had? Have you reported this to anyone? The website does allow you to use points, people do all the time, so we need to look into your specific case
