“Initially opted for overnight delivery but that did not happen due to it not being sent on time whether it is Bzs fault or DPD I do not know but I paid for it and didn't receive it. Secondly it comes as an American spec with a bright orange hide. when I rang BZ they said ah we're not sure we don't know! come on boys you're selling a product in the UK at least provide the UK spec. And yes I know you buy it from America. When I'm spending over a thousand pounds a cheap bit of plastic of the right color makes all the difference 😊”

Thank you for your feedback. Your order was dispatched on the same day it was placed; however, the delivery delay occurred with DPD and was outside of our control. Regarding the product, the description clearly states that it is supplied with an orange tip, along with the product images and our unboxing video. These items are not limited to UK or US specifications, as this solely depends on the MTW variant/version. In the case of .308 Unleashed models, they are provided with a free barrel extension instead. When you contacted us, we explained that this is how the products are manufactured and sold, rather than a lack of knowledge on our part. We appreciate your comments and will continue to ensure our product information remains as clear as possible.

“Good trousers except the polyester like material by the rear of the belt line. Using kit, wearing body armour ect will make these trousers have a short life span. If it weren’t for that bit of material, I would be completely happy with the product. Regards, Shane.”

“I’m currently still waiting for my items to arrive pending a courier claim and although I appreciate that the courier is outside the control of BZ Paintball I have still paid for an item I do not have. No effort has been made to offer any resolution beyond saying I have to raise the issue with the courier myself.”
