“I ordered the KWA EVE 9 Rifle alongside a new hop rubber and nub (these guys offer a service where they will fit these for free if you ask for it when you order). This was orginally overlooked and not done however after I raised the issue BZ handled all of the return and reshipping costs and were extremely helpful with me over getting it returned and sent back out to me (all next day as well). Tom and Joe were really great and I could not have asked for better customer support. Will definitely be coming here for all my airsoft needs in the future!”
