Delivery time and then they put it on the wrong pile and had to change courier

Hi Ryan, must say I'm disappointed in this review. You order on the night of the 16th, choosing free 2-5 day shipping on your order, and you received it on the 19th, well within the quoted timescale for the delivery method you chose. Please let us know what we can do better to expect more than a 1 star review next time.

I found the next day delivery service too easy to misinterpret ,received the order the day after we had to hire and buy at the range ,total cost over £700 .

Hi! We are very disturbed about the delivery. Purchase was made already last week, we chose the fast UPS delivery. It’s seems that the goods are still in your warehouse. What is going on???

Hi Heiti Sorry for the delayed reply, It looks like you placed the order on the 31st of March at 7PM our time, your order then left us the next day and from what I can see from the tracking it is currently awaiting customs clearance out of the UK, if we can help with anything else please let us know.
Was Obviously Nicked. That’s why I asked it to be left with a neighbour or put in the bin

Customer service was shocking. Took several attempts to get hold of anyone over numerous platforms. The website was glitchy and it was difficult to actually place an order. It took longer than expected to get my order. Highly recommend not using this company and instead use jd airsoft Ltd based in cannock. Way better choice price and customer service is excellent

Hi Beth, I am sorry to hear you were disappointed by our service. However, having looked into your order I am shocked to read your review. You placed your order for a two-toned rifle on 13th Feb. We do advise clearly on the product page that the two-toning process can add up to 10 days for the order to be processed. Your next contact with us was on 15th Feb at 6pm, querying the delivery time. We replied on the 16th Feb at 9.32am. Your order was despatched on the 17th and delvered on the 18th - just 5 days after you placed your order. We had no other emails or social media messages, so your review has left us rather confused!
Very poor customer service, did not reply to my Email.

Still haven't received my items, I know royal mail are having trouble but it was your website that told me it would arrive Thursday when I purchased them. The tracking information hasn't changed since last Tuesday. First time using BZ and doubt I'll be back.

Hi David, I'm sorry you felt it necessary to leave us a negative review. It now looks like your order is due for delivery today. I would just to clarify why it's taken so long: You ordered on the 26th December, which is Boxing day - as I'm sure you can understand, we were closed. You chose the 'Free 3-5 Day Shipping Method', which is with Royal Mail. The 27th and 28th were Bank holidays - again we were closed (as per the information on our website) On the 29th we processed and shipped your order with Royal Mail. The 1st Jan was New Years Day, so Royal Mail were not delivering. The 2nd Jan was a Sunday, again Royal Mail not delivering. The 3rd Jan was a Bank holiday, again Royal Mail not delivering. The 4th Jan - today, your order is expected to be delivered. In future I would say you should take into account working days and bank holidays when setting your own expectations of when to expect deliveries, and if you do need parcels to be quicker, perhaps consider paying for a specific service rather than going with the free/slowest method. I hope this explains why your delivery was slower than you expected. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any further concerns. Regards Neil

Bought a drum mag that didn't work, kept miss firing despite being compatible with my gun. Then when I returned it I didn't receive a full refund because I used it and was told it was working fine, if it worked fine I would have kept it... Very disappointed with the service.

Hi Ollie, Your order left us on the 15th and royal show as delivered on the 17th. Our automated emails for tracking may not have sent for a number of reason from typo of address to the courier. I've sent your tracking number over on a private message for you to review yourself.
