“very disappointed, purchased a carbon tank. they sold the tank and its almost two years out of date. staff are rude, they ultimately accepted the return although this was more hassle for me. will not buy from these again. when talking to friends, i found out they had scammed a friend with shipping.”

As outlined in our prior conversations, the tank in question was dated November 2021 and once you informed us of that, we updated our website to avoid this issue in the future, we did offer you a full refund, we paid for the return postage for the tank to be sent back to us and we provided you with a QR code so that no printing would be required on your end. We have taken full responsibility for the error, the returns process and the full refund amount - if you can please detail how we can reduce the hassle of our returns process in the future please let us know. In regards to your ending statement, can we please ask for more details on how we "scammed" somebody with shipping? We're not sure how we would be able to do this as we outline our shipping policies on our website, we offer free domestic shipping on orders over £100 (excluding specific items which we also outline), we give accurate shipping times on all of our item listings (and we contact customers directly if issues occur) and we have a page dedicated to our shipping & returns policy. So if you can please provide us with more info or have the person in question contact us regarding this issue we would appreciate it.

“Totally conned. 2 packages of co2 missing and a loss of 200 paintballs missing. Apart from that. A very mediocre experience. Won't do it again. You want a paint Ball gun. Don't buy here. Sweet dreams.”

“The paint balls are exploding in the barrel. The gun is an HDR 50 cal 7.5 joules. Had no issues with a differnt brand of paint ball.”

Warranty is not only 14 days. Warranty is different per product and covers any manufacturing defects. Im happy to look in to anything with you and see what we can do.

“Still haven’t had my delivery! I’ve been told it’s been delivered to the wrong address. Your company won’t send me any product to replace the ones that haven’t been delivered until your claim from the delivery company as been approved! Disgraceful! None of this is of my making but my son might not get his Xmas present!”

Hi Ryan, must say I'm disappointed in this review. You order on the night of the 16th, choosing free 2-5 day shipping on your order, and you received it on the 19th, well within the quoted timescale for the delivery method you chose. Please let us know what we can do better to expect more than a 1 star review next time.

Hi Heiti Sorry for the delayed reply, It looks like you placed the order on the 31st of March at 7PM our time, your order then left us the next day and from what I can see from the tracking it is currently awaiting customs clearance out of the UK, if we can help with anything else please let us know.
