“T shirt quality is as high as i expected Stitching on the outside is okey but on the inside is quite loose. But overall a good”

“Ordered the wide neck N49 in eggplant. Instead I received crew neck N45. Upon emailing I was informed the N49 is no longer available in Eggplant. Not sure why it's still showing as available on your website and also why you would just send another style without communicating this... To be fair to customer services a charcoal one has been sent instead once I queried it and it was dealt with quickly. However, website still shows eggplant colour available when it isn't.”

“I was impressed by the speed of turn round of the order and the shirts fit well. Unfortunately one had been the subject of a not very expert piece of mending of a hole in the middle of the back.”

“Ordering was easy delivery on time. The quality of the shirts was not exceptional but reasonable for the value. The sizing was over generous and XL was more like XXXL - be careful so the 15 shirts purchased are of no use”

“THE MALE SWEATSHIRT WAS OF REASONABLE QUALITY BUT THE ONE SLEEVE HAD A WHITE FADED MARK ON IT. IT IS OBVIOUS THAT THESE ITEMS ARE NOT CHECKED. I WILL BE ORDERING ONE MORE TIME TO SEE IF THE NEXT ONE TURNS UP O.K.”

“The the order was despatched very quickly. The sweatshirts were of good quality . But sadly they were much too large . I ordered medium but they were large to extra large in my opinion . So a wasted purchase for me .”

“Initial delivery was 4 Tshirts that arrived unwrapped in a box and two were dirty. A quick phone call at 5.30 pm and two new shirts were received correctly packaged the following morning at 8.30am. Can't fault the response to the initial problem, however I was not impressed with the original packaging.”

“I had to use a lot of time to pay by credit card, but I got no information that you do not accept credit cards from outside UK. Or at least that was my conclusion. It took me 3 days to put ind my purchase, as I did not dare to make a new try. If the first one had gone through, so I did not pay twice.”

“The Gildan long sleeve t-shirts look more like sweaters/jumpers. So they don't look good on you. However the quality of the material and fit are quite good”

“The t-shirts were just what I wanted. Reason for score is that I waited in all day for a delivery which never came (never mind getting the promised hour allocated time slot) and when they finally arrived the next day the box was open and so I had to check the entire order was present (80 t-shirts) which it was (even though they seemed pretty much dumped in the box). Telephone staff were helpful, hence not rated poor.”

“The P&P costs are quite prohibitive. I would like to order more t-shirts, but at £6 i will shop elsewhere. It completely erodes the price difference on the t-shirts. Its a shame as my order contained shirts that didn't fit I would have liked the larger size but couldn't afford to order again.”
