“Always fast delivery. Reasonable prices. BUT my details have not been updated. i bought a load of T-shirts before Xmas with all correct details on then this last order was in old details therefore was sent to wrong place. I couldn't change as was on payment.”

We are sorry to hear you were not happy with the colour of the garment. The swatches on the website are simply a guide, and there should be a pdf in the product information showing the actual colours available for that product. If you are unsure of a colour or require clarification, please contact us and we will be happy to assist before you place your order.

“Not too happy with delivery . Paid for next day delivery as needed tshirt urgently . I left delivery instructions which were ignored and the tshirt was taken away and delivered the next day which was too late”

“I have had really great service from you but the last two orders I received had issues which have affected my delivery of printed tshirts. The first mistake was there was a tshirt missing from the order. The second order two tshirts came the worng size. When I called to complain and as for a note to be put ont he system that I am not happy with the orders having a mistake the call agent did not seem to care much and I doubt that they put a note on the system. I hope the issue do not happen int he future or I will have to find a new supplier. We do tshirts for events and funerals and so on.”

“Unfortunately on this occasion I did not receive all the goods I ordered. I contacted the company and I am waiting for them to get back in touch about what happens next. It is two days since I phoned but I have had no further information.”

“Lovely shirts, good quality which is expected of Fruit of the Loom. However, delivery was slower than expected and our order arrived too late for the event. Ordered on a Thursday ....arrived on Tuesday......”

“The website was user friendly and showed which items are in stock as you order. Staff answer the phone quickly and are helpful. I called and asked for specific confirmation that the organic t shirts I wanted were in stock as have had trouble finding them elsewhere. They said they were all in stock, however after I had ordered and paid an email advised me a third of my order was indeed out of stock, very inconvenient as too late to order something else. had to wait for a refund. Even more frustrating when I emailed the response was unsatisfactory. Reliable service, no. Everything else was ok, delivery on time.”

“Nice products - no worries there. But I got sent 4 wrong items before getting the right order! It's frustrating for me to not get what I expected, but you guys must spend a fortune on delivery and sacrificed stock!”

“Can't say anything else yet, except that the delivery suck's! Nothing to do with you though, it seems that Finland only has this Postnord company doing this, and they are losing it. You have to schedule a delivery with them. No problem, so i did. But they didn't show up ! Then you have to call them and wait 5 minutes in line (what you have to pay for) so you can shcedule it again ! Oh yeah they have scheduling over internet too! EXCEPT it hasn't been working for weeks ! When i asked how they plan to compensate for this they said i need to contact you, their customer for retaliation. Jeesus mary Joseph.”

“Ordered the wide neck N49 in eggplant. Instead I received crew neck N45. Upon emailing I was informed the N49 is no longer available in Eggplant. Not sure why it's still showing as available on your website and also why you would just send another style without communicating this... To be fair to customer services a charcoal one has been sent instead once I queried it and it was dealt with quickly. However, website still shows eggplant colour available when it isn't.”
