It’s been 8 days and nothing I have tried calling them , I even left a message still nothing . At least they could refund my money. never again I am buying anything from them.

do not buy from this company. i paid for a case 3 weeks ago and still no case or refund. this site is a scam. i have now reported this site

Buytec didn't do very well. I ordered a Samsung charger for my Galaxy tab S2 and after a long wait, I was sent the wrong charger with no instructions on how to return/exchange it.

Sent a generic rather than the actual model I ordered. Only charged tablet twice before it stopped working.

Unfortunately haven’t had a good experience buying from Buytec. New earphones that I purchased - delivered last week and are faulty and even after several attempts at charging they do not work. Have contacted customer service but not yet had any support in getting a replacement. Really disappointed.

Received phone case quickly but it does not fit the phone I have, the flip case does not shut. Sent a message to buytec and after one email I stopped getting correspondence. Not happy with the after sales customer service. Still not had the problem rectified.

Still waiting 6 days later no sign of my order ???? Didn't arrive for over 10 days still not happy stick to eBay next time

The service from Buytec has been dreadful from start to finish. There was no confirmation e-mail or order number given when I initially placed the order. The wrong product then eventually arrived and I was unable to make any contact with Buytec to discuss the problem. The telephone line was always engaged and nobody returned my answer phone message to address the problem. Terrible service.

I returned the goods as they were not fit for purpose. I received no acknolwedgement or refund despite numerous emails and telephone calls. I will be taking further action to recover my money. In the meantime beware of this supplier....

I have ordered a Samsung cover on 18 Oct, paid for the one day delivery... one week later no news about it. I'm disappointed. I won't buy anything on this website anymore.

I ordered a gold phone case but got sent a chrome one because gold was out of stock as I have a gold phone it was just extra hassle sending it back again

Please be advised that your payment was immediately placed into dispute by your bank. The order address was from Denmark but you asked for it to be shipped to Romania? Please contact your bank for more information. Regards, Buytec
