The service from Buytec has been dreadful from start to finish.
There was no confirmation e-mail or order number given when I initially placed the order.
The wrong product then eventually arrived and I was unable to make any contact with Buytec to discuss the problem. The telephone line was always engaged and nobody returned my answer phone message to address the problem.
