“Purchased a Cygnett DashView Vice Universal Car SmartPhone Holder that turned out to be defective. Tried e-mails and phone calls over a period of two weeks without response. Eventually wrote an officious letter and got a response whereby I was allowed to return the item with reimbursement for item and £1 towards postage costs.”

“Item received not the style in description, the item shown was identical to one I had that I was going to replace as one corner had been damaged. The replacement fits but does not fold to make a stand nor does it allow the docking station to be used as it covers charge points completely. Needed a replacement so will keep as need protection but beware is nothing like the one advertised or shown on picture.”

“when picking the package up from my local postoffice, it was already open and ripped. was in a hurry so signed for the package on getting home the cover had been out of the box and the n stuffed back into the box. not at all inmpressed with the cover, and wont be buying from you again”

“Very unimpressed with the customer service. I have tried to contact Buytec but cannot get through, constant auto message gets played asking for your details to phone you back but no return call. Emails sent in but no reply. I still wish to get in contact so hopefully this will spark a response. If not I would amend this rating to very poor given the chance.”

“The online ordering was excellent as well as the delivery on time. Unfortunately when opening the package, dispite the billing notice confirming 2 cables ordered and paid for only 1 received in the packet. No contact number on billing notice to report issue. Sorry delivery of incomplete paid order reduces rating from Excellent to Poor. Hopefully you will rectify this and await remaining cable ordered.”

“I ordered a tech 21 phone case for a sony xperia z5 and when its turned up its not for the right phone, I have emailed to ask how I return the item and it has now been 4 days and still not received a reply and I am worried I will now be unable to return it and should have just bought from a local shop which would have been quicker.”

“I did not know where my order was as I had missed the delivery. But you did not make it clear I had missed it, you should email. Because I did not get a missed delivery letter to my door as there is a separate mail box I forgot about and I haven't checked yet. But I had to email to to find the location of my order. This process should be ALOT clearer and more convenient for the customer. Thank you!”
