“I have never had to write a poor review before but the service from Buytec is shocking! I ordered item on 9th July but didn't receive a dispatch confirmation. I emailed them on16th July to ask for dispatch date. Apparently it was 10th July and was told that a replacement would be issued if receipt hadn't been taken in 5 working days. I didn't realise they meant another 5 working days! I tried to contact them numerous times by telephone but no answer and emails weren't acknowledged if they didn't like them! I have finally received my item (on 28th July) but I would never use this supplier again and would urge caution to anyone else. I had read some good reviews but if you should have a problem with the order, don't guarantee on receiving a fast response. Very frustrating process!”

Dear Joanne, your order was promptly shipped on 10th July. However, when you informed us that it had not been received on time, we asked if you could kindly wait a little longer to see if it would arrive. After you again indicated that it had not been received we moved to issue you with a replacement within the agreed timescale which we understand that you have now received.
