“Item is fantastic but communication after purchase needs work Don’t pay the extra for next day delivery as mine took 3 working days to arrive But it is a great piece of kit”

“Ordered the Samsung Gear Fit 2 but ordered the wrong one. Communication was good but find the one day delivery misleading. You order one day in good time but they wait the next day to send it for the day after was a bug bear for me. Specially at £5.99. Also as I ordered the Gear fit 1, found the security tab damaged which I was not happy with.”

“I didn't receive the UK plug with the device I had ordered. It has been mentioned in the letter that it can be requested if not included with the order but when I requested as asked to it was told that they don't supply the plug with it. How am I supposed to charge it without the plug?”

“The product was good, but I sent the following email to Buytec on 8th October and have not received a response from them. The order was for 2 plugs and 4 leads i.e. each time you ordered another lead or plug an additonal delivery charge was applied so £1.99 became £3.98 then £5.97 etc. Email: "Can you please tell me why I have been charged a total of £11.94 delivery charges for the below order - surely that is not correct as it will all be delivered together?"”

“Called customer service trying to find out details about otter box preserver for iPhone 5s but lines were busy with a leave details and we will get back to you, but no response so I went for it anyway and don't buy it! Unless you don't mind having convos on loud speaker it doesn't work on normal!”
