“Unbelievable service, due to lockdown local supplier closed Ordered on line Price was cheaper and delivery free, 3 days later 2 x 35 kg bags of salt arrived I will be ordering again as normally would have to collect 100% service and product”

“Ordered these new blades and received confirmation of order really quickly. This stated delivery date + the fact that they would email me on dispatch. By the delivery date had heard nothing so contacted them - again the response was very quick - stating they had been dispatched (why didn't they email me as stated?). Told their courier (Royal Mail) taking 7 days to deliver, must only be if sent from them as not waited that long for anything else. Would have scored higher as the blades were a very good price and their responses were very quick but if they were dispatched when they say they were why not email me as stated they would???? And why is Royal Mail taking 7 days just on their deliveries?????? As a first time customer not sure I would use again.”
