“We ordered a greenhouse on 48 hour delivery on 5th April -three estimated delivery dates with none of them met - 7th, 11th, 15th - no reply to emails sent to Hermes the courier -no confirmed delivery date ever guaranteed - no reason for delays - no replies from company at the time they said they would reply so had to chase -Hermes tracking confirmed it was dispatched But was returned to sender via Newmarket no one could say why Finally after 12 days the seller said they had no idea where our product was and that it was now out of stock so we had been refunded in full Positives: complaints department very polite, refund was offered without argument. I would not use again.”
