“When our shower broke down 2nd week of lockdown knew exactly where to go to get quick replacement as I’ve used them before bought on line and using next day delivery and true to their word shower delivered by lunchtime next day these shower are a doddle to fit and would recommend.”

“Extremely disappointed with buy a parcel and their customer service, or lack of. Communication is appalling. nobody will respond to my emails. A pandemic doesn't stop someone from using a key board. Bought an item, its faulty, I want it replaced. No one cares. Defiantly will not be”
