“Excellent seller, item was sent out very promptly and delivered before expected date. Product arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Haven't installed it yet but it looks like it will make a big difference to the appearance of my bath”

“I ordered a Hozelock pump but when it arrived and having checked with Hozelock, who were ages to respond, they advised that it was the old model. I raised this with Buyaparcel and there was no query in them taking it back. They arranged for collection FOC within 3 days! of their advice. Their customer service to my emails was responsive and excellent and there were no excuses of delays due to Covid 19 etc. Clearly a Company that delivers first class customer service and on this experience I cannot praise them enough.”

“This was my first time using Buy A Parcel. Ordered on the Saturday, delivery on the Tuesday via DHL, no problems what so ever. Basically next day delivery, that's good during a pandemic! Couldn't fault them for price either, had a better deal than the normal DIY stores could do.”

“Good company to deal with. Good price for the item. Only had a issue with Argos pickup point accepting parcel from Ebay (covid-19 policy) but Buy A Parcel picked up this issue and resolved it the same day. Would buy from them again in the future.”
