We are sorry to hear this, our warehouse has been extremely busy due to the lock-down caused by Covid-19 and was shipping each order as quickly as possible. I can see you placed the order on Tuesday 16th June at 5:35pm and it was shipped by the warehouse on Monday 22nd June at 6:35am, 4 working days after it was placed. Before and after lock-down our normal dispatch time is within 1-2 working days depending on when the order is placed.

“This does not warrant a 5 star, I contacted the person I bought this off as we bought it and took a picture of the cracked piece of woof, G piece. I had no reply, my husband is trying to fix it with no nail glue. It is still sitting here. If this works so be it, if not I will be more than disappointed. A reply would have been nice I still have a picture of the wood”

“L'attrezzo acquistato non è stato ancora provato, ma corrisponde perfettamente all'illustrazione ed alla descrizione. E' certamente da migliorare il confezionamento della spedizione (magari riempiendo di polistirolo) in quanto la scatola risulta danneggiata ed il contenuto arriva in disordine all'acquirente. Inoltre, per i clienti italiani sarebbe gradito l'invio di un adattatore alla presa elettrica. Lascio comunque 5 stelle su Ebay per la serietà e la rapidità di spedizione.”

“Efficient delivery. The light bulbs are pretty and nicely made but the filaments inside are quite short, and don’t fill the bulbs so there’s less light from them than expected. The filaments are much shorter than those in the photos illustrating them on the website.”
