We are sorry to hear there was a picking or packing error with your order. Our warehouse does check that what they have in front of them matches what is on the order, but sometimes due to human error a mistake happens. We can see your order was collected and full refund issued back to you on 4th August 2020 via your eBay return case.

“First time used buy a parcel. We needed a pump as soon as possible and found this to be the best deal . In the end everything went to plan. Next day delivery. My suggestion for improvement was inform buyer that item in stock at point of purchase. Confirm delivery will take place when order is placed. I sent a number of emails chasing progress but no response. Then the next day item arrived. Let people know immediately on order. Will use buy a parcel again.”
