“This was my first order. You never know whether or not there are going to be problems. There wasn’t. My concerns were totally unfounded. I will definitely order with this company again. Very pleased indeed.”

“I got my makita brushless plainer opened it up love the tool but I wasn't very happy about what they gave me for a inlay and been trying to call them to sort it out But no one Answer the phone so I will not buy again off them”

Apologize but our phone lines have been closed as our customer service staff have been working from home due to Covid-19, there is a pre-recorded message on the phone line advising customers to email the customer service team with any questions / issues and they will get back to you within 24/48 hours. These kits are sent into us mixed, so some come with plastic inlay and others with a foam inlay. Due to this we do not state on the listing if your kit will include a foam or plastic inlay because we can't guarantee what we will receive from the manufacture. We offer a 30 day return period for not suitable products, so you are welcome to email websales@buyaparcel.com to raise a return as long as the kit hasn't been used.

“Fabulous wall light- just the style I was looking for! Delivery was quick, quality product, accurate description, and such great value For money!... love it! There is not many shopping sites like this anymore, where you have decent, quality products for reasonable prices- it’s usually cheap rubbish when it arrives so I feel very lucky and grateful to find sites like this... so thank you for being genuine! Would shop on this site again!”
