“The shower engine was faulty when fitted.I contacted Buy a Parcel but they asked me to use the Gainsborough warranty.I then contracted Gainsborough showers and it has taken me two months to get a resolution. Eventually they sent out a fitter who agreed it was faulty and sent a replacement but that was the wrong model. It took weeks to sort it out.”

“i ordered a product and paid for saturday delivery but sadly it never arrived which caused a few problems as it was for a job, however once the care team where back in the office monday they did apologise and refund the extra delivery costs paid for. This doesn't compensate for the problems caused but at least they acknowleged the problem.”
