“Purchased the Bacho knife from buyaparcel. Unfortunately the knife was faulty. Their response to my notification of this was an immediate refund and to dispose of the knife if it was no use. This is the second purchase from buyaparcel and service each time has been friendly and efficient. I will certainly not hesitate to use this company again. The only glitch was a manufacturing fault outside their control.”

“What a great tool easy to use and not too heavy. Shears very very Sharpe and will cut through surprisingly thick branches. If there is one minor issue it would be that I was unable to purchase the saw attachment. Rather than that highly recommended.”
