“I purchased the shower for an elderly neighbour. I have fitted Triton showers since 1979 , so know the product. The shower arrived . I fitted on the Saturday , finding the case blanks missing from the security sealed box. Noboy's perfect . These things happen. When I contacted the supplier , they intimated they had no positive result with Triton Showers. In fairness , due to the current covid situation , I agree , the situation is not the best. After two weeks , I have contacted Triton Showers myself. They will post on the parts to me. I would have expected this from my supplier , but at least my Customer has been satisfied .”

We are sorry to hear there was a issue with your Triton Shower order. Due the lock-down caused by Covid a lot of manufactures either closed down or sent staff to work from home, and because of this it did take a lot longer to get replies from the teams we deal with at manufactures and supplies. We are glad to hear you have received the missing parts and your customer is happy with the shower.
