“I wrote a review on eBay , which was when I first got the greenhouse since then I'm sorry to say I am so disappointed with it Firstly it ripped even though I was so very careful I had one before from a different supplier it was cheaper and so much stronger and lasted 3 years before it ripped!..it's in a sheltered position but twice now it's collapsed the poles are not sturdy either, and the plastic is far too thin,...it's ripped again putting it back up not happy and waste of good money,...If it falls down again I will cut my loses and buy something more sturdy, it's damaging the plants too each time it collapses .....”

“Had a problem with the item purchased, but they were quick to respond to my communication. Didn't get my preferred solution of replacement parts for those that arrived damaged, but was offered a reasonable discount if I could repaired the broken items myself. As I could, I accepted this offer.”

“The blade absolutely rubbish, the packaging of this is from a drill not a circular saw, with the stickers that its from the drill. As this being bought as a present for someone it's disappointing giving them that.”

“Received a damaged item but promised a new replacement. That was nearly 3 months ago (29 March 2020). Still waiting... understand Covid 19 has caused problems … we are fans of Buy A Parcel … so wait patiently for the replacement.”
