“Sells products on Amazon and have delivered different items then won’t arrange delivery of the correct items. Plus say they don’t sell or stock the correct item. When it’s clearly displayed on their website! I would avoid this company at all costs.”

“Ordering from Buy a Parcel was simple and finding what I was looking for was easy. On ordering there was an issue with the item not being in stock. Communication about the issue with the out-of-stock item was very good and I was offered the option of a refund or I could wait until the item was back in stock. I was kept up to date throughout my wait and was finally informed it was back in stock and dispatched. I would like to thank Annemarie and Christine for their updates and communication throughout the whole process.”

“I was very impressed with the prices and delivery overall. I bought stuff from the sale/clearance and was more than happy with the quality, price and delivery. I would buy again from this company. Suggest buyaparcel uses a different review site. This review site cannot even recognise the words 'again','uses' - most people would give up after half a sentence of writing a review.”
