“I purchased a reciprocating DeWalt saw specifically from Buyaparcel as it came with carry case. The carry case supplied is not designed for the saw, is not appropriate and not as expected. I was told the saw fits in the case if the liner is removed (!) and that the carry case could not be returned without the saw. As I had already used the saw, I now not only have a £25 case that I cannot use but I also had to buy a case elsewhere. I feel cheated and will not be buying from Buyaparcel again.”

Hi, When you contacted us we passed your messages to our DeWalt buyer who deals with all the DeWalt stock we sell, and he confirmed that this case can fit the saw, battery and charger and a photo was sent to you showing how the machine, 2 batteries and charger go in the case so it will fit. What you received is how it is sent into our warehouse. If this is not satisfactory and you wish to return the order for a refund, please let me know by emailing websales@buyaparcel.com so a collection can be booked.

“Add was very clear and the item was very well and accurately described and the buying process was easy and stress free the only criticism is the tracking history was very slow to update, would I use buy a parcel again? Absolutely in a heartbeat”

“Firstly, I found a better at Amazon UK after I confirmed the order. Secondly, there have a lot of choices with options to buy spare parts for the saw, so I can have them in one lot. Then, the tracking should have to improve because not really an update 😕 Finally, it still a good experience for a purchase with BuyAParcel.”
