“This Item arrived promptly and as described, however I also ordered the associated plunge saw which was was guaranteed to arrive within 3 working days. I received no updates and no item. I sent several emails to to buyaparcel to establish where my item was as required for a planned job but they did not respond. 8 days after purchase I finally received an email to advise the item was no longer in stock. Terrible customer service which cost me 2 days work.”

We can see that you sent us a email on Friday 12th June which are customer service team replied to on Tuesday 16th June. And details were sent to you to pick a date so a collection could be booked to pick up your order. I can see you replied to our message on the same day (16th June).
