“At first I was nervous about ordering from Buy a Parcel, mainly because the name reminded me of those market traders you see at the coast selling bundles of Kitchen knives, Towels and don’t go away I’ll also throw in a pocket radio. I decided to give it a go and was pleasantly surprised. So don’t let the name put you off.”

“Shocking customer service. Received my makita planer 4 weeks ago but it was sent with the wrong box and inlay. They basically didn’t believe me and wanted pictures to prove this. Sent them pictures and now they want me to wait in all day for a courier to swap. 4 weeks this has taken all because you send an email to them and there’s no reply for 3/4 days every time. These things happen and that’s fine but sort it out when it does. And while your at it sort out your customer service. Wouldn’t buy from them again for this reason.”
