“Good delivery and price. Difficult returns due to DHL, but good help from Buyaparcel customer service to get round this. Slowish refund but got there in the end. Was going to be 3 stars but on reading this have decided on 4”

“The Dewalt leaf blower arrived with a faulty spring loaded catch which should have locked the blower nozzle in place. A replacement was quickly sent out but arrived with the same fault an incorrectly assembled catch. I eventually spoke with a female member of the team who unlike the second chap listened to what I was saying understood the problem and had one assembled in the warehouse to prove it worked. The lady kept it by her desk and ensured that it was sent to me. Happy days it worked as designed.”
