“Placed an order with Buxtons after waiting for over two months for the same item from another company. Buxtons offered next day delivery and although there was a one-day delay to this, and I had to chase them up rather than being informed directly, it was still an excellent service and I shall use them again, as my first choice.”

In your case, you opted for a 2-3 working day Royal Mail service. We state estimated shipping times for all our services on the checkout, so our customers can make an informed decision. In future if you're in a hurry for your items, I recommend one of our next day services, which we're proud to offer for free on orders over £90 incl. VAT.
