“I bought the Tree Climbers Knot book from you, It was a good price. I bought it because of my interest in Friction Hitches used by Arborists and it was the one source of knots that covered the whole range of the hitches. All in all, I am very happy with the purchase”

“When shopping online: 1. It wasn't immediately obvious that there was an extra shipping charge for large items. Indeed, it advertised free shipping for orders over £90, which turned out not to be the case. 2. Other goods were advertised for next-day delivery, but again larger items not so much - took longer...”

“Very efficient with getting your order sent, and friendly service when dealing with any queries. I returned a seated harness last year in place of a looped one, and they were happy to do so. The harness was swapped quickly without issue.”
