“Very good service. Mower ordered on the Friday and delivered to my door the following Tuesday- where the functions were explained in-person. The only minor issue is that I wasn’t informed when the delivery was going to be made (but I was at home as it happens). Very pleased with the Ego mower and service overall.”

“Ordered a pole saw, which unfortunately turned up bent and damaged. However Buxtons were exceptionally helpful with arranging collection of the damaged saw and once they had it back, they inspected it and sent a new one out that day. Will happily use Buxtons again in the future.”

“Item arrived after approx a week (might have been out of stock locally) but Stihl brush cutter head was sticking out of packaging (have photos) so, as feedback Buxton’s, need another or heavier outer packaging box on this item. Item appears ok initially but will monitor in case of unseen damage during shipment.”
