Great service from yourselves but you are being let down by DPD who blatantly lied to me and said they had attempted delivery when they hadn't (we have cctv). The lady who deals with your despatch rang them and they told her it hadn't been delivered as they had a massive backlog. They shouldn't be lying to your customers.
