“It was perfect for a hen do and such a laugh! He kept us well entertained and ensured our drinks were full at all times!”

“Butlers were great, all guest enjoyed there company. I would suggest that you creat a playlist and the the butlers to play games etc. On whole happy with the service.”

“The organiser John was efficient, and helpful at organising the event and dealt swiftly and professionally with an unexpected change of plan. The first butler was ok. He however seemed very shy, didn't introduce himself and seemed almost as if he didn't want to be there, often leaving the room for periods of time. The second butler was brilliant. He was charismatic, entertaining and excellent at providing games and keeping the fun going- exactly what we had hoped for. Many thanks”

“Well we didn't get john who was booked to come to us, on the day, i got a text from another butler just checking in which was Dan. Spoke to john to ask why we weren't having himself but was unwell. I then was told i could only have Dan for 2hours but we had booked 3hrs, nothing i could do other than request a discount. I got £20 discount but then i found £30 had gone missing out of my cupboard were the glasses were stored and drinks being made so i was left out of pocket. Where the £30 went well?? But other than that, Dan was good. Games could have been better but we enjoyed a little icandy for two hours. Would i use them again? No as i didn't get customer satisfaction, i would use another company.”

Hi Lynsey, We are sorry you weren't completely satisfied with our service. You did choose our butler John but unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we had to find a replacement butler who on this occasion was Dan. Unfortunately due to availability this also meant that we had to shorten the booking from 3 hours down to 2 hours. As we weren't able to provide the full 3 hour booking with your chosen butler we decided to not only refund the difference in price but gave a further £20 refund for the inconvenience caused. We are sorry £30 went missing at the party but we find it highly unlikely Dan would have taken it as he has always received glowing feedback in the past and we haven't had a complaint of this kind about him before, we will however continue to closely monitor his performance and hope you can accept our apology on this occasion.

Hi Fiona, Thanks for the feedback about your recent booking with us. We are pleased you were happy with our service overall however we apologise for the butler arriving late and not making up the time (we always instruct our butlers to make up the time at the end if they arrive late). With this in mind we are happy to offer 15% off a future booking with ourselves and hope you can accept our apology.
