Well we didn't get john who was booked to come to us, on the day, i got a text from another butler just checking in which was Dan. Spoke to john to ask why we weren't having himself but was unwell. I then was told i could only have Dan for 2hours but we had booked 3hrs, nothing i could do other than request a discount. I got £20 discount but then i found £30 had gone missing out of my cupboard were the glasses were stored and drinks being made so i was left out of pocket. Where the £30 went well?? But other than that, Dan was good. Games could have been better but we enjoyed a little icandy for two hours. Would i use them again? No as i didn't get customer satisfaction, i would use another company.
