“Ordered a skip on the Friday for Monday.
Waited in throughout the allocated time, but no skip turned up.
The following day I was fully refunded and told they couldn't get the size I wanted.
A courtesy call on the day would have been nice so we could have made other arrangements sooner.
2 days of a week off now wasted and everything pushed back.
Shame as they are very competitively priced.
I may give another chance in the future but I'd advise against using them for a 12 yard skip.”

“Didn't turn up, apparently couldnt find the address and didn't think to contact me on the number provided. After their own error they then said I could have a refund but tried to charge me admin fees. I got the refund and went to RHM waste removals instead. Who managed to pick up the phone to contact me directly rather than just not turning up. Wont ever use busy bins again!”
“I chose Busy Bins after our bin collection became 3 weekly. With 2 young children still in nappies, heatwaves and having items that are not recyclable by the council, we found the bin was filling quickly no matter how careful we were. Having my bin collected every week allows us to keep the flies away and I don’t have to worry about extra rubbish lying around if the bin gets full or we have excess from birthday parties or Christmas. Busy Bins have been amazing. My bin gets collected first thing in the morning on its collection day every time so I know I don’t need to leave it out all day waiting. Getting email confirmation it’s been emptied is a great help too. Never had an issue with ordering, but when I have spoken to staff they have been friendly, helpful and respectful. I have even now started recommending Busy Bins to my customers at work who have all made positive comments regarding their service”

First of all apologies for the collection error on two occasions. When checking back with the team I think that the postcode has taken the driver to the wrong spot and he couldn't locate the bin. I believe it has been rectified as of yesterday after speaking and receiving instructions. We do either offer to reattempt collection or offer a full refund where we are at fault.
We have improved the website now so that you can pin your location on the map so hopefully, this should improve things slightly for others with future bookings.
