“The staff arnt very helpful to be honest. My bins allways left infront of my house they normally get my bins for me. But two weeks ago he didn't even bother to get out his van because they weren't near the road apparently. I asked if they could come back. But she said he couldn't come back till the next Friday i had to wait a full week again. I explained I cant really get my bins right to the road im pregnant and got really bad back didn't seem to care got told if they wasn't out where he wanted them to be they won't get emptied again until they are out where he wanted to be basically. My partner was away had to get my neighbours to help me get them out near the road so they would get emptied finally.”

First of all, thanks for your previous custom and thanks for taking the time to provide the feedback. I've checked this back with the team and this is our understanding of the job: The driver on one of the previous collections reported a trip hazard in the garden which caused us to contact you to ask that you always leave the bin out on the pavement (as you should anyway for a collection) for any future collections. Unfortunately this wasn't done and when the driver called to carry out this collection, the bin wasn't out for us. If a front garden/ driveway is clear to safely access a bin we will do so and we do provide a collect and return service in that instance for those who are pregnant or disabled and can't get the bin left out by someone else. “Needs to be clearer where this service is available! I booked for a one-off collection and without explanation my bin was not collected and it was only upon checking my emails I noticed I had received a partial refund which prompted me to ring Busy Bins only to find out my bin wouldn't get collected and I wouldn't get all my money back.”
Thank you for the review. Our site does show the areas that we cover on the home page. We refunded £9.85 from £10.85, we only took a fee for the small admin charge and for the online payment charge that we have to pay.
