“Busy Bins are a very decent reliable company, who I use every few weeks or so. I've not had one bad thought or not had anything bad to say about them. They always turn up on time, they always let you know of any plan changes, the drivers are lovely, I always get the same driver, who was kind enough to put my bins back in the garden for me, before I had my gate lock fixed, he knows I'm disabled so went that little bit extra, bless him. (Thank You Phil). The price too, is a very reasonable price, and its better than getting caught flytipping and getting a big fine, I'd rather pay this honest company, rather than get any guy on Facebook to do it, I mean half the time they dump it, I'd rather pay for busy bins and keep the streets clean. I have told my friends to use them if they ever need rubbish taking, and I know 4 people who use them.”

“Council collected by bin which was intended for busy bins to collect. Their office doesn’t open until 9:30am. I called at 9:30 and was told the busy bins truck had attended my property and therefor I couldn’t request a refund or date change. The bin was completely empty.
Why not have office hours when your team are out. Doesn’t make any sense. I paid £14 for absolutely nothing.”
