We have had to raise our prices once a year for the last couple of years due to inflation and the costs that we have to pay to provide the service to you. Disposal costs do increase year on year due to tax, insurance has gone up on our fleet and diesel prices have been through the roof since the Iran War to name just a few examples. We do aim to provide our services for the best value that we can whilst building a viable business.
We will be introducing a new and much improved loyalty scheme over the next couple of months (currently in web development) and hopefully you will feel that it rewards you as a loyal customer. Keep your eyes out.
