Thanks for the review - we appreciate feedback good or bad. Please can you email binfo@busybins.co.uk for the attention of Josh (one of directors) with further details. It sounds unusual so I'd like to look into it. Normally where bins can't be emptied due to them being excessively heavy then we come back once the heavy stuff is removed or we offer a partial refund as per our T&C's. Again I don't know the circumstances but will check it out.
