“I would recommend bust bins as they do exactly as asked and as soon as possible. I have a big family and the black bin is always full before the council pick it up busy bins empty it a week after so i have have room to put my rubbish in for the council to collect.”

“Busy Bins has been absolutely essential when multiple flats share bins and you have 2 weeks until next pick up. Instead of having to let the rubbish stink up our hallway (or worse, flat!) we just order a Busy Bins collection. So happy to pay the price (which is cheap anyways) for my bins to be empty the next day! Have used them multiple times, and will continue to.”

Tried to re set payment up well within time before collection but despite taking details didntbtake payment (well before collection date) and first I knew was after bin wasnât collected .
Rude and curt responses via email and absolutely no contact attempted before they decided to not collect the bin.
Left in a difficult position now due to being a full time carer and unable to get to tip etc for extra waste caused by daughters care needs.
Actual bin collections were good, customer service is horrendous”
“Brilliant and affordable quick service , busy bins does one off collections for any colour bin or you can get affordable monthly/ yearly subscriptions , really comes in handy with the council collections being a few weeks in between , they also collect bulky rubbish items at a much affordable price than the council if you have a few bigger bits you need to get rid of .”
“Like most people, the councilâs general waste collection schedule doesnât always work for us! Because of the warm weather our bin was full, stinky and attracting flies. With a week to go before they were due to be collected I decided to book a collection with Busy Bins. They came the next day, no issues with finding my bin, emptied whilst I was out - all without any problems! Reasonably priced with brilliantly efficient staff all round - highly recommended!”
