“Great ordering service and fast collection option. Secure payment via Amazon account if you have one makes the process quick & easy rather than filling out more forms. Excellent overall.”

“I use Burnhills as their customer service and ease of ordering is excellent. However my last order didn't meet their high standards. I made sure I was available all day for the nominated delivery day. However only four of the five parcels arrived. The DHL delivery driver was unhelpful and abrupt when asked where the other parcel was. On contacting Burnhills I was informed the parcels had become separated and the other would be delivered the next day. So I had to make arrangements to be available. Not what I would have expected.”

“Very happy with competitive price and fast delivery. DPD made life very easy by giving 1 hour time slot for delivery. Only diss appointment was that they have changed free delivery policy which made it impossible to order guinea pig food without paying postage charges.”

“Prompt efficient service. The Rambo waterproof trousers themselves are fine - but I found it difficult to gauge the sizing.”
